Sex Pistols se nutrió de la música que algunos grupos estadounidenses, como los Stooges de Iggy Pop o los Ramones, estaban haciendo. También se nutrió de una corriente de rebeldía dentro de la juventud inglesa de los 70, sumida en una profunda crisis económica, laboral y social. El resultado: Sex Pistols. Una banda breve, pero intensa.

Sex Pistols were inspired by the music that some American bands were creating, for example Iggy Pop's Stooges or Ramones. They were also fed by a rebellious movement within the English youth of the 70s, which was sunk in a deep economic, job and social crisis. The result: Sex Pistols. A short but intense band.
