En esta actuación Blackmore está soberbio con la guitarra, como una montaña rusa, pasando del sonido más salvaje al más delicado, arrastrando al espectador a lo más alto y a lo más hondo. A la batería Cozy Powell (estuvo con Jeff Beck, Black Sabbath, Whitesnake, etc., y casi suple a Bonham en Led Zeppelin cuando éste murió. Ahí es nada). Ojalá algún día podamos viajar en el tiempo.
Rainbow is a magnificent band. Founded by Ritchie Blackmore (Deep Purple guit.), who recruited people as Ronnie James Dio, which I consider the best rock singer of all time (then he supplied Ozzy Osbourne as vocalist of Black Sabbath, and later he had a brilliant solo career as DIO). "Catch the Rainbow" is a long song to enjoy without interruption.
In this performance Blackmore is superb on guitar, like a roller coaster, from the wildest sound to the most delicate, dragging the audience to the highest and the deepest. Cozy Powell on drums, (he played with Jeff Beck, Black Sabbath, Whitesnake, etc., and he was about to replace Bonham in Led Zeppelin when the latter died. No less no more). Hopefully one day we'll be able to time travel.
